Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Marketing Coordinator to join our team at RFShop. This part-time, hybrid role is ideal for someone with a knack for digital marketing and a passion for technology. You will play a crucial role in implementing our marketing plan, focusing on enhancing our digital presence and engaging with our B2B customer base through effective social media strategies and compelling content.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Marketing Planning: Develop and execute marketing strategies tailored for our four main industries, aligning with company goals and industry trends.
- YouTube Channel Management: Collaborate with the technical team to maintain a consistent schedule and create engaging content for our YouTube channel.
- Social Media Management: Manage our social media profiles, especially LinkedIn, create a content calendar, monitor industry trends, and foster a community with our B2B customers.
- Content Creation: Utilize tools like Canva for basic graphic design tasks to produce visually appealing social media posts and marketing materials.
- Trade Show and Presentation Materials: Prepare materials for trade shows and create compelling company presentations and industry-specific marketing materials.
- Website and SEO Management: Assist in basic SEO tasks including blog post creation and enhancing website conversion rates.
- Email Marketing: Manage email campaigns using Mailchimp, focusing on engaging content and clear communication.
- Data Analysis: Analyze marketing and customer data to refine strategies, in collaboration with our Technical Business Analyst.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in creating and executing marketing plans, particularly within digital marketing and social media management.
- Proficiency in Canva, Mailchimp, and basic SEO principles.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Creative thinker with the ability to propose innovative solutions and improvements.
- Previous experience in a technology-driven industry is a plus.
