AddressPROFESSIONAL RELATIONS CO-ORDINATOR
We are an established specialist Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Practice, providing high quality care for patients with all aspects of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery in Strathfield and Liverpool. We are looking for an individual to organize the patient relations and customer service in our practice. We will provide you with full training and support.
This is a casual position (21-35 hrs/week). You will be launching and sustaining marketing and patient relations campaigns.
Applicants must be extremely personable, energetic and communicate well. Some marketing experience is preferred. The degree to which the position expands depends on the results you generate.
Primary Duties:
• You will be responsible for drafting, printing and mailing newsletters to referring dental/medical practices every two months.
• You will be responsible for representing our practice to its referral base through the execution of various marketing activities, including administrative and organisational activities.
• You will be visiting dental, medical surgeries in a regular intervals. You will allocate two thirds of you time visiting dental/medical practices within 10 km radius from Strathfield and Liverpool and one third of your work will be spent at the office.
• Also includes personal contact with referring office staff and Doctors for the purpose of delivering gifts, hosting lunches and other social activities and organizing educational events. Position executes day-to-day activities in a largely unsupervised manner, seeking direction and approval form the Doctor.
Competencies and skills:
-Strong verbal communicator, must be obviously comfortable greeting and meeting new people and establishing Professional Relationship.

-Neat professional and poised image which reflect that of the office

-Knowledge of local geography and roads covering referral base
Marketing qualification preferred but not essential.
-Drivers licence essential.
