Job Description:
As a Marketing Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in driving our marketing strategies through data-driven insights and analysis. You will work closely with the marketing team to evaluate campaign performance, understand consumer behavior, and identify opportunities for growth. Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and interpret complex data sets to provide actionable insights for marketing campaigns and strategies.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and consumer preferences.

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- 2-5 years of experience in marketing analysis, preferably within the FMCG industry.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel & Tableau
- Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM systems.
