Marketing Data Analyst

This exciting, newly created role is responsible for supporting the Marketing & Insights team across the Breakfast and Wholesome Snacks categories by providing strong fact-based consumer, shopper & category insights.
The role of Marketing Data Analyst is to provide deeper insights into the dynamics of the business through detailed analysis and data mining across scan and panel data. You will help influence our strategic direction and partner with the Sales & Marketing teams to help identify opportunity areas.
Naturally curious, the successful candidate will have the ability to draw out insights from data, translating this into information that feeds into the Kellanova business strategy.  
A Taste Of What You’ll Be Doing:-

-Key analytics support for the Marketing & Insights team, leading data analytics and mining to tell clear stories and build insights and recommendations which will drive actions to improve brand, segment, and category performance.
-Partner with Marketing stakeholders to ensure brand strategies and plans are informed by actionable, data driven insights.
-Synthesise primary data (e.g. consumer/shopper research) and secondary data to provide holistic analysis and insights. 
Your Recipe For Success: -
-Demonstrable experience working within an Analytics role.
-Previous experience using IRI, Nielsen or Quantium data.
-Advanced Excel and strong PowerPoint skills.
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-Self-motivated, well organised and able to prioritise and manage multiple projects.
