Job Description

Our national team of Investment Services experts are renowned market leaders who focus on maximising the potential of your property by leveraging a complete range of services to deliver enterprising solutions.
Key responsibilities include:
Prepare major submissions and marketing materials, including presentations, pitches, proposals, capability statements, graphics and visual imagery.
Understand and maintain the Colliers Visual Identity guidelines, policies and approval protocols and apply these to all projects.
Manage and prioritise numerous, multi-layered projects in accordance to deadlines, whilst effectively communicating progress back to National Director and clients.
Marketing campaigns: Prepare marketing schedules and budgets for campaigns based on the project’s objectives, and targets, seek relevant approvals, and then execute campaigns regularly reporting on its effectiveness and performance.
Prepare various sales and marketing collateral, including EDMs, brochures, information memorandums, whilst managing approvals, arranging printing and distribution.
Develop working relationships with external creative agencies to ensure each commercial project is effectively delivered with guidance from client.
Attend initial project workshops with clients to ensure all Colliers managed marketing items are addressed.
Create creative briefs and coordinate photo shoots and video shoots, including negotiating rates, scheduling filming on site, writing scripts, gathering relevant feedback and approvals, and pushing final output on relevant platforms.
Develop recommendations for property marketing initiatives and provide detailed reports and analysis to track engagement levels.
Assist with business development activities including ongoing team marketing, public relations and client engagement events.
Qualifications
Prior experience in a similar role, with a strong preference for property or professional services
Intermediate to advanced experience working with the Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign
Experience dealing with advertising and creative agencies, print companies, media, web portals and other relevant suppliers
Superior time management with the ability to manage multiple projects, stakeholder expectations and day-to-day duties simultaneously
Strong understanding of formatting and design
Strong written and oral communication skills
High attention to detail, ensuring production of consistent, quality reports, submissions and brochures
Demonstrated ability to research and formulate a marketing strategy based on provided briefs
