Our properties have a very high standard and we are now seeking a Content Marketing Executive to lead content and regional demand generation for our properties across Western Australia. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong creative eye that is passionate about creating unique content and is highly skilled in strategy and planning. You will be responsible for executing and curating authentic, innovative and engaging content with the target demographic front of mind.
This role is highly creative which requires thinking outside of the box and bringing new ideas to the forefront daily. You will develop highly engaging content across multiple digital channels that has a strong link to brand strategy. You will be a brand ambassador in every facet and requires a highly organized, quick to pivot and passionate team player.
Some of the main responsibilities day to day include:
- Assist the Marketing Manager is developing and implementing social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Manage and maintain all social media channels, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn.
- Maintain high quality and accurate site information on the Hideaway Group.
- Create original, high-quality and on-brand content including signage, printed marketing collateral, social media posts, videos, graphics.
- Lead implementation of guest journey across multiple brands and their respective social channels.
- Monitor social media trends and stay abreast of industry updates to identify opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment with marketing objectives.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster a sense of community.
- Analyze performance data and metrics to evaluate campaign effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.
- Work with team supervisors to optimise revenue per site.
- Create, coordinate, and deliver social content in relationship with site supervisors and operations team.
- Provide and deliver local area marketing activities in collaboration with site supervisors and operations team. This will include creating and approving local ads, identifying, and approving local sponsorships, and creating and maintaining printed collateral.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging social media platforms and technologies, and explore innovative ways to enhance the hotels digital presence.
- In conjunction with park management team, deliver onsite activities in respective regions.
- Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Executive on EDMs.
- Monitor industry and competitor trends, maintaining knowledge of market competition and awareness of opportunities.
- Manage Marketing Department’s Info and Marketing inboxes and respond in an efficient manner.
What we need from you
The ideal candidate will have a creative flair, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of marketing trends. More specifically, the successful candidate will have:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 3+ years experience in social media and content development.
- Proven results building a social media audience and driving engagement.
- A passionate storyteller who has the ability to adapt tone and voice of content across varying brands.
- Strong writing, editing, proofreading and photography skills with impeccable attention to detail.
- Proficiency in social media analytics tools and platforms.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and generate fresh ideas.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment, across evolving brands.
