About the Role
As Marketing Executive, you will play a pivotal role in the strategic planning and implementation of our core marketing campaigns. Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager you will hold a key role in the delivery of marketing programs promoting some of our key brands, events and services. You will be responsible for driving ClubsNSW social media strategy across our core brands. This role will also work closely with the corporate partnerships team, supporting them with existing and new corporate partnerships.
Key Duties
- Assist the Senior Marketing manager to develop and deliver the association’s key messages and campaigns for ClubsNSW brand and initiatives
- Assist the Senior Marketing Manager in end-to-end management of campaigns to support Your Local Club, ClubGRANTS, Perfect Plate, ClubLIFE and other ad-hoc campaigns
- Encourage stakeholder participation in relevant campaigns and initiatives
- Collaborate with external agencies and the Design team to develop concepts and creation of marketing and advertising content
- Assist to develop and deliver the association’s key messages and campaigns for ClubsNSW events and services
- Encourage stakeholder participation, ticket purchase and service uptake for relevant events and services
- Assist in the development and execution of ClubsNSW social media strategy, across our core platforms, notably ClubsNSW and Your Local Club
- Develop campaign based social media strategy that engage stakeholders, generate awareness, promote brand and encourage action where applicable
- Develop always-on social media strategy that engage stakeholders, generate awareness, promote brand and encourage action where applicable
- Management of ClubsNSW key social media accounts, including social posts
- Responsible for reporting on all social media campaigns
- Work with media team on core messaging where required
- Corporate Partner communication as it relates to benefit delivery, asset management, data and insights and reporting
- Coordination of benefit delivery and asset management across clublife.com.au, ClubCOLLECTIVE, solus eDMs and ClubTV
- Management and administrative support of ClubsNSW Business Directory
- General CRM maintenance, including reporting and entry and optimisation of data
- Contra utilisation and event coordination (in conjunction with the Partnerships and Events team)
- General administration and team support
Your Skills and Experience
- You will have relevant experience in a similar marketing position
- Experience in campaign planning and execution
- Experience in managing external stakeholders, across creative and media
- Well versed in social media marketing, from strategy through to implementation
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Proven ability to communicate effectively in a professional manner
- Strong attention to detail
- A proven ability to build and maintain effective relationships
- Knowledge of the registered club industry would be highly beneficial but not essential
