Projects and Developments Division:
We are a property project advisory, sales and marketing company, providing an end-to-end service from site sales, right through to project delivery and off the plan sales.
We work with developers, marketing agencies, advertising publications, and private land sellers to plan and deliver boutique projects across the Lower North Shore.
The Ray White LNS Project Marketing department is expanding; we require a Marketing Executive to join the team. You will work side by side with the Director of Projects & Developments, and Operations Manager, assisting with all marketing and project management-related activity.
Based in Mosman, we boast a young and dynamic team of driven and committed people. Due to new projects coming on stream, we require a dynamic and sophisticated marketing specialist to grow with the team.
The Role:
The Marketing Executive position plays a critical role in our team. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Being the key point of contact for all marketing related matters amongst developers, marketing agents, and sales consultants (from conception of project to sales campaign)
- Managing all external communications including eDM’s and success marketing
- Coordinating social media content
- Managing and understanding Developers marketing budgets, advertising spend, and schedules
- Preparing buyer presentations and collateral
- Project event coordination and management
- Prepare Project Marketing and Site Sale Proposals and Information Memorandums
- Ensure marketing collateral is in place for all new and existing projects
- Identify areas of improvement in regards to marketing collateral and branding
- Liaise with Developer, Architects, Interior Designers and advertising agencies
- Be on top of advertising trends and competitor marketing activity
- Assist in the creation, development, and execution of all advertising and promotional print campaigns
- Media buying and planning
