The Role:
* This role will be to manage roughly 110 properties initially and grow with our team as we grow.
* The successful applicant will have managed a portfolio of properties from start to finish.
* Be able to work alone & in a team environment.
* Provide exceptional customer service. The communication side of this role is the most important aspect. It is a tough role and the ideal candidate will be able to talk to their owners and tenants
* Be able to mediate between tenants & owners when issues arise
* Communicate effectively with owners and tenants,
* Prepare leases
* Prepare for & attend NCAT
* Handle rental arrears
* Negotiate lease renewals
* Conduct open homes
* Prepare ingoings and do vacates.
* Manage maintenance requests
* Liase with trades & keep all parties well informed
* Issue breach notices as required
* Routine inspections
Qualifications:
* Class 2 Licence as a minimum
* Experience - 3 - 5 years experience in Property Management is ideal
* Strong organisational skills & attention to detail.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Preferably local to The Hills area
