Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Leader to join our team. The Leader will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness, engage target audiences, and generate leads. This role requires a creative and results-oriented individual with a strong understanding of marketing principles, digital marketing strategies, and consumer behaviour. The Leader will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop integrated marketing campaigns that align with business objectives and contribute to the overall growth and success of the company.  This is a mid-level role and will require you to be very hands-on.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing plans and strategies to achieve company goals and objectives.
• Define target market segments and develop tailored messaging and positioning strategies to effectively reach and engage key audiences.
• Manage the creation and production of marketing collateral, including print materials, digital content, and multimedia assets.
• Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including website development, email marketing, social media management, and online advertising campaigns.
• Lead and coordinate marketing campaigns across multiple channels, ensuring consistency in messaging and brand identity.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including partners, to align marketing efforts with business priorities.
• Monitor and analyse marketing performance metrics, including ROI, conversion rates, and customer acquisition costs, to optimise campaign effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
• Manage marketing budgets, allocate resources effectively, and track expenditures to ensure cost efficiency and accountability.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications in marketing is preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing roles, with a proven track record of success in developing and executing marketing strategies.
• Leadership and project management skills, with the ability to effectively prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Experience in digital marketing platforms and tools, including Google Analytics, SEO/SEM, social media management, and email marketing automation.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions to optimise marketing performance.
• Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and a customer-centric approach to marketing.
• Experience in property/strata, legal or professional services industry is preferred.
