Marketing Leader

We are seeking a team player who loves some variety in their day to day. Our support centre based in Adelaide provide exceptional service to our network of Community Pharmacy Teams to ensure they can provide the best service & advice to our customers. The Marketing Leader will be the primary contact for all marketing and community engagement activities in the organisation, working closely with the GM Business Operations you will be responsible for implementing the marketing strategy for the group. This role will be for 2 days a week based in our National Support Centre in Gilles Street, Adelaide.
We are seeking applications from candidates with prior retail or pharmacy experience only.
Primary responsibilities for the role will be:
- Weekly and Group bi-monthly newsletters
- Promotional print materials and signage design including catalogues
- Digital advertising coordination across multiple sites
- Marketing Projects as part of the marketing strategy
- Creating personalised content via Social & Digital channels
- Facilitating community relations initiatives in conjunction with local pharmacy management
- Writing copy for blogs, landing pages, managing the website, social media posts and supporting our teams to implement the marketing strategy.
- Scheduling content and posting to social channels, including Instagram (feed and stories),Meta Business Suite, Google Business and LinkedIn.
- Website content maintenance.
- Maintaining the CRM database.
- Tracking metrics: social media engagement, newsletter open rates, conversion metrics of newsletters, tracking customer journey/conversions.
- Collecting customer feedback.
- Working with pharmacy management on promotions and events i.e. VIP days/ Grand Opening/ Centre Management.
- Liaison with TerryWhite Chemmart Brand around catalogues, resources etc
Ideally you will have/be:
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills;
- A keen eye for detail and awesome copywriting skills;
- Excellent organisation skills and ability to prioritise workload;
- Critical thinking, analytical and problem solving skills;
- Tech skills: Word Press, GoDaddy, Canva, Instagram stories, Zoom, LinkedIn Ads, Mailchimp, LeadPages, Trello, Facebook Ads Manager, Microsoft 365 Suite, Hubspot, Google Suite, Signage Live.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work autonomously;
- Display a great, positive attitude, and be open to feedback and suggestions
- Proactive self starter and always looking for more marketing strategies that can be created or improved;
- Prior experience in retail or pharmacy indusis required.
