Deliverables
🌟 Manage and provide leadership to a team of communication and Events professionals, guiding their professional and career development.
🎉 Work with internal and external stakeholders to lead the planning, implementation, evaluation, and continuous improvement of the organisation's events program.
📊 Establish performance outcomes and measures for key project goals, defining monitoring, reporting, and communication requirements.
📢 Oversee the implementation of public relations and social media plans, disseminating the organization's products, and integrating with existing marketing and communications strategies.
🚀 Identify trends and innovations in the discipline of events and communications to ensure effective practices.
💰 Manage and monitor budgets for all organization events to meet targets, including revenue generation, in-kind support, and sponsorship for the annual national conference, providing input into annual budgets for events and other team deliverables.
ABOUT YOU
- Significant experience in planning and coordinating marketing communications, public relations and Events and stakeholder management.
- Significant experience in managing projects to completion within agreed scope, budget and success criteria.
- Intermediate to advanced skills in marketing and communications software including MailChimp, social media management platforms, event management software and online survey tools.
- Advanced writing and editing skills.
Relevant qualification in marketing, communications, public relations or related discipline.
