As Marketing Manager, you will have the opportunity to work alongside leading retailers throughout Australia and NZ. Surrounding yourself with some of the biggest licensed properties there are, you will be responsible for collaborating and driving growth strategies. Your abundant trade marketing experience and exemplary leadership skills will guide each of these brands and inspire your team to new heights.
You will be responsible for:
- Leading, developing and executing a wide range of marketing activities right across the business
- Develop and drive the planning process to support the marketing calendar of activity
- Develop strong relationships and work closely with retail partners to ensure websites contain engaging and up to date creative content and product offerings
- Proactively seek marketing opportunities with retail partners, including digital, social and in-store
- Provide leadership and support to the Marketing Executive, providing guidance and feedback to support them to deliver, execute and grow in their role
- Work with the Marketing Executive to oversee and support the social media channels and content plan.
- Work collaboratively with the General Manager to support strategic planning and decision making
- Work closely with the Sales Team members to drive performance outcomes with market trends, insights and marketing initiatives to support their programs
- Drive the delivery of the end-to-end campaign management program and provide regular reporting on performance and outcomes.
- Manage the PR and Influencer Programs, providing sample products and ensuring that content and outcomes is in alignment with core brand principles.
- Build relationships to collaborate with key brand partners, media, and influencers.
- Manage the brand, including oversight of packaging design with external agency and new product pipeline.
- Manage digital channels and any future pipeline ecommerce/digital assets
- Management of agency supplier partners including PR agencies, freelance designers and design agencies and print production agencies
- Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring accurate financial year planning and reporting
With a background in consumer products (toys, gaming, electronic or FMCG), you will possess strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills, along with a genuine enthusiasm for licensed properties.
