PERSOLKELLY have an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Manager to join an innovative company in the renewable energy sector, specialising in solar energy storage solutions. An experienced Marketing Manager is required to join a dynamic team and drive forward the B2B and B2C marketing strategies.

Responsibilities

Marketing

• Foster collaboration with sales and technical teams to craft impactful B2B and B2C marketing strategies.
• Enhance digital marketing tools for new product launches, fortifying the sales team.
• Establish and guide a dynamic brand marketing team in Australia, driving lead generation and elevating brand advocacy and customer satisfaction.
• Spearhead marketing campaigns, scrutinize performance metrics, and cultivate customer relations through roadshows, workshops, and exhibitions.
• Leverage diverse organic and paid channels, including content creation, curation, PPC campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation, and performance analysis.
• Stay attuned to the competitive landscape, developing customized marketing strategies.

Branding:

• Strategize and implement customized plans to amplify brand performance, ensuring optimal brand awareness.
• Collaborate with internal departments and external agencies for O2O/B2B/B2C branding initiatives.
• Conceive and craft content for both internal and external campaigns.
• Monitor, analyze, and assess media performance, generating data reports, and recommending optimization measures.
• Drive brand promotion through impactful brand actions, corporate design, language, and employer branding.
• Assist the sales team by delivering product and brand content aligned with the brand's vision.
• Conduct comprehensive market analyses to inform the development of innovative marketing campaigns.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in marketing, energy, or related fields
• 3 + years of marketing experience.
• 2 + years within renewable energy/solar energy sector
• Proficient in essential tools such as Canva, Microsoft Office Suite, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Root cause analysis skills, ability to use data and metrics to support recommendations.
• Strong marketing and branding background with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing, fast-paced working environment.
• Logical thinking and creativity in work methods.
• Strong English writing skills; proficiency in other languages is preferable.
