Marketing Manager

We are seeking a talented Marketing Manager to join our team.

As the Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in brand management across key platforms. If you thrive in a creative environment and have a deep understanding of social media marketing, then this position is perfect for you!

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a marketing plan that includes strategies, media plans, budgets, and content calendars.
• Manage social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, & Snapchat).
• Manage website inquiries and ensure it is updated regularly.
• Collaborate with the management team to brainstorm effective promotions for upcoming events.
• Identify sponsorships with relevant brands, artists, and influencers to build the venue's audience.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay updated on industry trends and identify new growth opportunities.
• Monitor and analyse performance metrics, generate reports, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Oversee the design and production of creative assets, including flyers, posters, promotional videos, and merchandise.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external contractors, including event managers, promoters, graphic designers, photographers, and videographers, ensuring content aligns with the venue's overall objectives.
• Collaborate with the general manager or promoter to efficiently set up ticketing for upcoming events.

Requirements:

• Experience in a Marketing Management role or a similar position in the nightlife, hospitality, or entertainment industry. 
• In-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
• Strong creativity and the ability to develop exciting attention-grabbing marketing campaigns.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
