What the role is all about
Reporting into the Senior Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for planning, implementing and measuring brand media campaigns.
The responsibilities of the role include:
- Act as the lead point of contact for our external media agency, overseeing daily operations and ensuring they deliver agreed services on time and to expected quality.
- Drive the ongoing communications planning for the realestate.com.au brand, including briefing the media agency.
- Responsible for developing comprehensive media plans and integrated marketing activities aligned with business goals, ensuring optimal reach, effectiveness against brand goals and delivery of audience outcomes.
- Overarching accountability for delivery of the offline media plan, coordinating support from other relevant members of the Consumer Marketing team as required.
- Collaborate with external agency and internal teams on campaign operations, specifically leading and taking ownership of implementation plans, media schedules and WIPs (internal and external).
- Work closely with finance to accurately track media spend against planned budget.
- Regularly evaluate media plans, publisher responses and tactical opportunities.
- Responsible for sharing regular competitor marketing reviews and updates.
- Accountable for the accurate production of specified ATL channels including TV, BVOD and Cinema, ensuring the timely delivery of assets aligned with media requirements.
- Work closely with our external agency partners and internal teams on regular campaign monitoring and reporting across all channels. This includes the collation of monthly campaign reports, post campaign analysis, external cross media studies and Marketing Mix Modelling.
- Own ongoing competitor reviews and updates, to be shared in a timely manner.
Who we’re looking for
We’re looking for someone who loves to be creative and understands media, both digital and offline.
- 7+ years' experience in marketing and media.
- Agency side media buying experience, or experience in an in-house media role managing external agencies
- With experience in brand, developing and executing on media plans and developing creative.
- Who is results driven, always striving to make data-driven decisions.
- Strong project management, analytic and reporting skills.
- A strong communicator, able to liaise with stakeholders from all functions, at all levels.
- Ability to take responsibility for deliverables and accountable for deadlines.
- Who is self-motivated, and is capable of working autonomously when required.
- That works productively in a fast paced and agile environment.
- Highly organised, proactive and dynamic.
