About the Role:  

BrandNet is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Marketing Manager to oversee our Marketing team and all campaigns, strategy, and channels to help our business continue growing and supporting our customers.   

The ideal candidate will have experience leading a team previously, will have a knowledge of creating and managing marketing campaigns through a variety of channels, and will love working with a tight team to deliver results and sensational campaigns.  Key Duties and Responsibilities   

  • Developing strategies and tactics to boost the company’s reputation and drive qualified traffic.
  • Deploying and managing successful marketing campaigns from ideation to execution.
  • Manage team members and projects to ensure a cohesive and balanced approach for the entire team. 
  • Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies, and vendors.
  • Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds wisely.
  • Oversee and approve marketing material, from website banners to hard copy brochures and case studies.
  • Oversee the management of our websites and social media platforms.
  • Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals.
  • Generating new business leads. 
  • Increasing brand awareness and market share. 
  • Coordinating marketing strategies with the sales, retail, distribution, and product development departments. 
  • Keeping informed of marketing strategies and trends. 

What You’ll Need  

Experience:  

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, finance, business administration, or similar. 
  • A master's degree in a relevant field will be advantageous. 
  • At least 2 years’ experience as a Marketing Manager

Skills and Attributes  

  • Demonstrable experience in marketing together with the potential and attitude required to learn.
  • Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading across channels marketing campaigns that engage, educate, and motivate.
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, BigCommerce Analytics).
  • Experience in setting up and optimising Google and social media advertising campaigns.  
  • Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.  
  • Proficiency in electronic marketing automation software such as HubSpot Marketing.  
  • Extensive knowledge of marketing strategies, channels, and branding.  
  • Strong communications skills both verbal and written.  
  • Superb leadership, communication, and collaboration abilities.  
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.  
  • Strong time management and organisational abilities.  

 Position Information  

This is a full-time, salaried, flexible work position that reports directly to our Branch Manager. Hours for this position are 9am - 5pm, Monday-Friday.
