To manage and oversee the event strategy for the Australian College of Nursing (ACN). This role involves planning, executing, and evaluating a range of events, including conferences, exhibitions, seminars, nursing celebrations and workshops, to enhance ACN’s brand and foster community engagement.
The Events Manager ensures all events are delivered to high standards and within budget while seeking opportunities to innovate and improve.

Selection Criteria
- A minimum of five years of experience coordinating large-scale events/conferences.
- Proven ability to establish effective networks and relationships with community organisations, agencies, government, and other stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail and effective interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the capability to motivate and engage stakeholders.
- Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively with a diverse group of internal and external customers.
Demonstrated initiative and ability to multi-task in a high-volume and deadline-driven environment while maintaining a high standard of work.
