Key Projects and Responsibilities:
- Brand Development: Devise and implement plans to launch a new brand for our existing business.
- Digital Marketing Leadership: Drive digital marketing campaigns, managing relationships with agencies for SEM and tactical campaigns.
- Innovative Marketing Tactics: Experiment with and implement effective B2B marketing strategies, including ABM, digital, and traditional tactics.
- Collaborative Efforts: Work closely with our SME, Enterprise, and Government sales teams in Australia, leveraging feedback for content enhancement.
- Content Creation: Generate dynamic email newsletters and engaging social media posts, employing AI tools for initial drafts and analysing results for future recommendations.
- Blogging and Copywriting: Create and refine AI-generated blog drafts and coordinate with copywriters and freelancers for premium content creation.
- Partnership Campaigns: Develop marketing campaigns to leverage channel partnerships, including creating sales collateral.
- Management and Reporting: Oversee marketing progress, budget, and objectives, analysing campaign results through tools like HubSpot and Google Analytics.
Skills and Requirements:
- Proficiency in HubSpot, with certification considered an advantage.
- Deep understanding of Australian B2B customers and their purchasing behaviours.
- Expertise in marketing planning, inbound marketing, social media, and content development within a B2B environment.
- Exceptional project management skills with a knack for juggling multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with contemporary digital marketing strategies, content development, blogging, online advertising, and lead nurturing campaigns.
- Working knowledge of Google Analytics and HubSpot for marketing effectiveness reporting.
- Tertiary qualifications in Marketing or a relevant field.
- Demonstrable experience applying marketing strategy in a B2B context.
- Excellent command of the English language.
