Form of workWe're looking for a motivated and driven Marketing Manager to join our Team. In this role, you'll play a vital part in the branding of the company and our agents.
Key Responsibilities
Working in collaboration with our Sales, Property Management, and Administration teams, you will contribute to the growth of the company.
- Coordinating photo shoots, floor plans and marketing materials
- Coordination and design of marketing campaigns including print media, signboards, brochures etc
- Uploading and maintaining property listings on websites
- Maintaining company website content
- Managing the company and Directors social media accounts
- Collaborate with agents to develop personalised marketing campaigns that enhance their presence in the local area
- Create engaging content that resonates with our customers and reflects the brands values
- Develop strategies to generate high-quality leads into the business
- Work closely with the different departments to maintain brand coherence and integrity
- Build and nurture relationships with marketing suppliers, local business and manage sponsorships and events
