About Our Client:

Our client is a respected, fast growing boutique CBD based business advisory firm that provides comprehensive services to businesses of all sizes, including Tax and Accounting, Bookkeeping, Payroll, Business Advisory, Tax and Structure Planning, SMSF, and Estate Planning.

The Role:

Due to rapid business expansion, our client seeks a motivated and highly skilled Manager (ideally with Mandarin or Cantonese language skills but not mandatory) with expertise in Business Services and Tax. The successful candidate will report directly to the director and lead a team of approximately 5-7 staff members, including an offshore team.  

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Managing a diverse portfolio of small-to-medium enterprises and high-net-worth individuals
• Providing specialised Business Services advisory and taxation advice to clients
• Fostering long-term client relationships and delivering tailored solutions
• Mentoring and developing junior staff members

About You:
  
The ideal candidate will possess:

• Accounting qualification (CA/CPA preferred)
• Minimum 5+ years of experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial/assistant manager position within an accounting firm
• Proven track record in team leadership and staff mentorship
• Proficiency in managing diverse accounting and financial services
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, particularly with Cantonese and/or Mandarin-speaking clients
• Proactive attitude with the ability to deliver results promptly
• Strong attention to detail and client-centric approach
