About this role

We are seeking a Senior Campaigns Manager, to elevate our flagship campaigns, standardise and champion best practice processes, being the owner of our team workflow tool Adobe Workfront and develop strong relationships internally with key stakeholders to demonstrate best practice campaign methodology.

This role sits in the MCBD (Marketing, Communications and Business Development) team and will be instrumental in working with our MCBD team and Partners to ensure all marketing campaigns across the country are strategic, utilising our award-winning technology, and achieving our campaign objectives.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead and manage our Campaigns Centre of Excellence: our best practice guides, processes and coaching materials to ensure our team is executing successful and efficient campaigns.
  • Lead and manage our core flagship campaigns (4-6 major campaigns) including planning, strategy, execution and reporting.
  • Drive adoption, be a system administrator and help manage our team workflow tool, Adobe Workfront, including being the key triage point on all relevant campaign requests, build reporting and dashboarding, support MCBD team members in their adoption and use of the platform.
  • Coach MCBD team members and Partners on campaign best practice in team meetings and coaching conversations with the aim to improve overall campaign quality.
  • Be the liaison with Sales and Business Development teams on lead handover and post-campaign activities

Skills & experience

This is an ideal role for a marketing professional with a passion for understanding the end-to-end processes of sales and marketing campaigns and how best to achieve campaign objectives.

This role will suit someone with the following skills, experience and attributes:

  • Experience working in marketing within a B2B environment.
  • Tertiary qualifications in marketing or related fields.
  • Excellent attention to detail, strong organisational and communication skills are critical, along with the ability to facilitate and present to groups 
  • Understanding of marketing and sales campaign processes and B2B buying behaviour
  • Experience with using Marketing Automation and CRM together to deliver high quality marketing campaigns
  • An interest in understanding and executing sales processes as part of campaigns
  • Experience with managing a marketing workflow tool such as Adobe Workfront, Asana, Monday etc will be highly regarded
