As the Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping our brand's digital presence and overall image. You will be responsible for crafting brand strategies, managing campaigns, and analysing performance to drive the brand's success. Collaboration with our Managing Director and Digital Marketing Specialist is key, as you will plan and execute impactful digital campaigns across various channels.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive business growth.
• Coordinate photo shoots both on-site and off-site as required.
• Manage and coordinate marketing campaigns and promotional calendar aligned with company goals.
• Work with external parties to maximise online reach through influencers, channels, and agencies.
• Work with department heads to set budget goals.
• Drive the expansion of social media following and engagement while establishing the company's presence in the blog space.
• Manage specialised activities such as media placement within set time and budget constraints.
• Conduct thorough market research and report marketing-related metrics.
• Analyse data to extract valuable insights and business opportunities.
• Deliver engaging presentations communicating key findings, trends, and recommendations.

Required skills:

• Proven experience in a similar role.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
• Strong multitasking and decision-making skills.
• Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and platforms
• Proficiency in Google Analytics, GA4, SEO, and PPC advertising.
• Strong skills in data analysis and experience in optimising search engine and pay-per-click campaigns.
• Strong attention to detail and high-level organisational skills, with the ability to meet deadlines.
