About the Role: Marketing Manager
Due to our substantial growth, we have created a new position for a Marketing Manager to join our esteemed team. Reporting directly to the General Manager, this role will be responsible for leading, developing and managing all marketing efforts at BNB Made Easy, contributing to the elevation of the business to new heights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create, coordinate and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to increase leads and conversions.
- Design professional content across various mediums, including print, radio, web and social media.
- Manage and optimise customer relationship management (CRM) processes, including creating and distributing newsletters to guests, clients, and corporate partners, as well as setting up drip-feed campaigns.
- Establish partnerships with local businesses, promoting collaboration to increase bookings and enhance community representation.
- Execute the promotion for our internal events.
- Leverage AI technology to enhance our marketing strategies and drive business growth.
- Enhance documents in alignment with the company's style guide.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of campaigns and prepare comprehensive reports.
- Develop the marketing department and grow the team.
- Develop video content and support various administrative tasks.
- Provide sales support as needed to assist with client engagement and lead generation.
Skills & Experience:
We are seeking an experienced marketer; however, we are open to considering individuals with creative flair, an analytical mind, and a passion for delivering high-quality work. Compensation will be tailored to the level of experience and expertise.
