About the role
As part of ongoing growth, we have an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Manager (Australia) to join our Team. Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer in New Zealand, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing and communications plans for the Australian market. Based in our Brisbane office, you will be supported by Brisbane colleagues and a team of marketers in New Zealand. In this role, you will:
- Be Writer’s Toolbox Australian marketing lead.
- Contribute to and implement the Writer’s Toolbox Australian annual Marketing and Communications plan.
- Monitor local marketing programme performance, optimise to achieve objectives and escalate as required to the Chief Revenue Officer.
- Support the outreach programme in events, trade shows, and conferences.
- Coordinate with the wider marketing team to ensure programme and campaign objectives, and timelines are met.
- Develop and deliver content outcomes required for Australian ABM, lead nurture and retention programmes.
- Create quarterly content development plans that are relevant to the Australian market to increase Writer’s Toolbox educational leadership position in Australia.
- Monitor Australian consumer engagement levels to ensure Writer’s Toolbox content is appealing to audiences.
- Oversee use of our brand across all channels and ensure all elements are relevant to the local market.
- Provide reports to the Chief Revenue Officer as required.
- Operate collaboratively as a Marketing team member.
You should have:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Communications.
- 5+ years marketing experience.
- Excellent communication skills, superb spelling and grammar.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
- Be a motivated self-starter who is outgoing, proactive, and works well in a team.
- Like to be challenged and extended in roles.
