We are seeking an experienced and innovative Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts and drive the growth of our brand. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing plans to promote our products, expand our customer base, and increase brand awareness. This role requires a creative thinker with strong leadership skills and a passion for food and marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop Marketing Strategy: Create and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve company objectives, including brand positioning, product launches, and promotional campaigns.
2. Brand Management: Manage and enhance the company's brand identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels and communications.
3. Market Research: Conduct market research and analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. Use insights to inform marketing strategies and tactics.
4. Product Marketing: Work closely with product development teams to understand product features and benefits. Develop marketing collateral, including product packaging, brochures, and sales materials.
5. Digital Marketing: Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including website management, social media marketing, email campaigns, and online advertising.
6. Public Relations: Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, industry influencers, and key stakeholders. Develop and distribute press releases, manage media inquiries, and coordinate PR events.
7. Marketing Budget Management: Develop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and cost-effective execution of marketing initiatives.
8. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, support, and feedback to drive team performance and professional development.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Extensive of experience in marketing roles and a leadership position.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and insights to drive marketing decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and influence stakeholders.
- Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
- Experience in the food industry or consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry is preferred.
