The Opportunity As the Co-Creation Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for partnering with key Builders in Australia and connect homebuyer demand to their modern home designs that feature James Hardie’s exterior cladding. Primarily focussing on the single-family new construction segment, you will lead the development of a marketing strategy with the purpose of leveraging consumer segment data to partner with builders in developing their modern designs and their go to market strategy to sell more homes. Key Responsibilities Lead development of the Co-Creation marketing strategy Initiate partnerships with Builder marketing teams to understand their business, their target audience, brand positioning and go to market strategy Work collaboratively with the market development team to develop an annual Co-Creation Plan, linked to the overall business strategy to drive commercial results Leverage consumer and modern trend insights to help Builders with home designs that meets the needs of their target segments Implement marketing strategy and tactics that help Builders drive awareness, consideration and sales of their modern homes with Hardie Exterior Cladding Solutions About you …
