Your New Role

Working withing our Connect and Growth Value Stream you will provide the marketing frameworks, guidelines, expertise and skills to executive on the design and delivery of all member communications aligned to squad goals and OKRs. You will be a marketing SME and will develop and execute squad specific marketing campaigns and programs.

To be successful in this role you will have the following skills and experience

• Tertiary qualification in marketing, communications or equivalent experience
• Strong understanding of the digital and marketing landscape including agile practices, methodologies and execution
• Strong understanding of Marketing Technology capabilities and how to leverage these in developing personalised and seamless experiences
• Strong written and verbal skills, with concise and clear messaging and a high degree of attention to detail
• The ability to develop strong relationships and build trust and rapport with internal senior stakeholders
• A minimum of seven-years' experience within financial services or a relevant sector, ideally with agile marketing experience
• Computer proficiency in Adobe Technology Stack, Acrobat Professional, JIRA, MIRO, Microsoft Office and Outlook packages

• You are balanced in accepting risk in any decision you face. You are curious to understand risk context and choose to speak up as we simplify, learn and Grow.
