About the Role:Join Victoria University's dynamic Marketing portfolio as a Content
Marketing Manager. In this role, you will spearhead the development, implementation, reporting, and optimisation of multi-channel content across owned channels, captivating our target audience and elevating the University's brand and reputation.As a key member of the Brand & Marketing team, your primary focus will be to drive brand awareness, enhance reputation, and boost student recruitment for Victoria University. The team achieves this by producing high-quality marketing activities and campaigns throughout the year across all channels, including an integrated lead generation and lead nurture marketing automation program.This is a full-time position at a HEP 8 classification, salary range $106,346 - $119,760 plus 17% superannuation, classification working 36.75 (1.0 FTE) hours per week. This role is offered as a continuing contract.
Duties:Some of the duties you are expected to perform are:
- Develop and execute content strategies aligned with Victoria University's marketing goals to engage our target audience effectively.
- Create compelling external-facing content to boost VU's brand visibility and reputation among prospective students, aligning closely with strategic objectives.
- Provide strategic communication guidance, training, and stakeholder management to foster team cohesion and ensure alignment with University strategies for effective execution.
- Manage content production across multiple platforms, ensuring content is tailored to diverse audience needs and achieves strategic communication goals.
