A leader in the Australian Designer space -this stunning brand designs across evening, bridal and RTW. With a focus on elegant and timeless pieces and signature style – they have thriving retail, wholesale and eCommerce channels, based out of their HQ in Alexandria.
Working closely with the Head of Marketing & Brand, this brand is focused on global expansion and elevation - this role will play a key part in driving the execution of marketing campaigns, with a focus on events, influencer programs, social/content, PR, photoshoots and more. This role is hands on and strategic with a strong sense of breadth of work.
The Role |
SOCIAL - Develop and ideate social media content and implement across key channels including Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, YouTube and Facebook ensuring alignment with the brands vision
Plan, create, schedule and post on-brand content for all social media channels including posts, stories, reels and videos, with a focus on driving conversions and engagement –
Track and analyse all relevant data and analytics sources to gain insight on traffic, demographics, engagement and revenue from social media channels and act on results to continuously improve and optimise performance
DIGITAL - Create seasonal communications for domestic and international databases.
Ideate and brief EDM’s and social content for the graphic designer
Propose creative content concepts for EDMs, Social and Website in line with the brand vision and direction
PUBLIC RELATIONS - Generate positive publicity through digital, social, editorial, influencers, and events
Develop and foster relationships with broadcast, digital and print media
Manage and build upon relationships with celebrity and VIP stylists to achieve organic product placements. - Identify, develop and build influencer relationships, driving consumer desire for the brand, establishing exciting ways to capture content to reach target consumers
SHOOTS - Assist with the execution and production of seasonal shoots in line with the budget.
Together with the Ecommerce and Digital Manager manage ecommerce shoots
MARKETING - Manage and concept the marketing calendar with the HOM, ensuring that considered and thoughtful communications are planned throughout the season and are in line with brand objectives.
WHOLESALE / RETAIL - Work with the Sales Manager and HOM to plan and execute wholesale activations.
Provide seasonal assets and samples to major wholesale retailers.
Plan and execute retail activations in line with key milestone moments for the brand.
BUDGETS - Effectively manage budgets ensuring efficient spending resulting in a positive ROI
The Skillset |
We are looking for someone who has an evident passion for Australian Designer and luxury brands - you will showcase your understanding of brand positioning and have developed experience as a Junior Marketing Manager or in a content, marketing and communications role at a similar level.
- 3-5 years experience in a similar role
- Proven success in developing marketing plans and campaigns
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills
- Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in marketing, business, or related field
