About the role…..
Marketing Manager is a pivotal role working closely with the team to develop and execute marketing plans for company branding, positioning and product release and growth (across the full product suite). The position will also work closely with the sales team to provide B2B marketing support for targeted sales activity.
This position entails performing the following tasks:
Marketing delivery
- develop and implement annual marketing plans that fulfil business growth and acquisition objectives within agreed budgets
- build brand awareness across multiple channels
- develop and implement specific B2C and B2B campaigns; monitor, evaluate and report on outcomes to ensure key findings from audience insights and analytics are incorporated in management decision making
- manage the membership strategy and ensure relevance and value is maintained for the membership audience
Digital marketing
- own and manage the ongoing development and maintenance of all websites:
- monitor and improve SEO
- improve all key website metrics including: lowering bounce rates and increasing conversions and web traffic
- report on Google Analytics
- manage the Google Ads strategy for various programs
- manage paid and organic social media content across all channels, including Facebook and LinkedIn
About you
We’re looking for a candidate who is a Marketing All Rounder with:
- Experience planning and executing successful marketing strategies for acquisition and growth
- Experience managing the design and production of promotional material
- Brand management experience
- Experience working with senior organisation leaders
- Experience in copywriting
