About the role
We are currently searching for an experienced Marketing Manager to join our team.
You will be responsible for developing and implementing integrated marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, engage audiences and support sales and business development activities. This includes stewardship of AMSL brand assets, as well as planning and managing conference attendance and exhibitions.
The role will require someone who is proactive, adaptable, and can operate independently whilst being a strong team player. You can think “long term, big picture”… but can also pivot to deliver short-term tactical campaigns and projects.
About you
The knowledge, skills and experience best suited to this role include:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field is highly desirable.
- Minimum 4 years experience in a similar role
- Effective planning and collaboration skills – ensuring that marketing efforts align with overall business objectives and priorities.
- Demonstrated experience in B2B marketing – ideally within aviation, or energy sector experience
- Strong “hands on” digital marketing experience - including content management, website, social channels. Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is desirable.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills - this role will involve working collaboratively across our technical and commercial teams. You’ll need to be comfortable taking complex technical information and broad customer needs to create compelling messages and value proposition and possess strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
