Your responsibilities
- Strategic planning and new product development, from concept to launch and everything in between
- Work closely with local R&D teams and sourcing from sister companies overseas
- Market research and understanding changing product standards and the opportunities this presents for your business
- Pricing and margin management and coaching your product managers for improved margins
- Forecasting, along with sales and market analysis
- Work cross functionally across the business
- Abilty to create go-to-market strategies and campaigns. You drive quality communications material using industry and product knowledge and an intimate understanding of your target audience
- An experienced, practical Marketing Manager, with a background in NPD and product management
- Mechanical engineering, hydraulics/plumbing, HVAC or insulation products background is essential
- An understanding of heating and cooling and industry trends towards green sustainable solutions is ideal
- Ability to develop marketing plans with strong execution
- Number crunching and analysis
- Negotiation and influencing skills
- Strong marketing disciplines and an ability to manage multiple projects
