Your responsibilities

• Strategic planning and new product development, from concept to launch and everything in between
• Work closely with local R&D teams and sourcing from sister companies overseas
• Market research and understanding changing product standards and the opportunities this presents for your business
• Pricing and margin management and coaching your product managers for improved margins
• Forecasting, along with sales and market analysis
• Work cross functionally across the business
• Abilty to create go-to-market strategies and campaigns. You drive quality communications material using industry and product knowledge and an intimate understanding of your target audience

You bring to the table

• An experienced, practical Marketing Manager, with a background in NPD and product management
• Mechanical engineering, hydraulics/plumbing, HVAC or insulation products background is essential
• An understanding of heating and cooling and industry trends towards green sustainable solutions is ideal
• Ability to develop marketing plans with strong execution
• Number crunching and analysis
• Negotiation and influencing skills
• Strong marketing disciplines and an ability to manage multiple projects
