Marketing Manager (National) - Property Finance

The opportunity has become available for a Marketing Specialist to take on the Marketing Strategy and Rollout for this growing private group, reporting to Executive leadership. You will report into an intelligent, driven Executive with an impressive track record in non-bank real estate lending.
You will take the lead on the Marketing to grow this brand, as they source investment opportunities through private equity. Having direct correspondence with the Executive will allow for quick decision-making and a dynamic/agile environment. You can really shape this role to be your own, set the strategy, work with the creative and events team-members and contribute to the continued positive trajectory of this growing business!

Your daily duties will include:

• Develop and execute marketing plans & strategies to meet organisational objectives working with the owner and collaborating with wider team
• Investor communications strategy and implementation to borrowers and brokers to stay front of mind
• Reporting duties - gather relevant marketing and lead generation KPIs and any data and insights, and report back to Executive
• Brief and oversee external and internal creative teams to high quality standards
• Events - Collaborate with the team on client events such as conferences, educational seminars or award events
• Budgeting - establish annual budget with Executive
• PR & Media - oversee initiatives across multiple channels, increasing brand awareness
• Oversee website and content management

  
To be successful for the role you will have the following attributes:

• 3 - 5+ years’ similar experience, open to a Marketing Executive/Specialist/Senior Coordinator wanting to step up or a current Marketing Manager 
• Industry experience within Real Estate/Property Investment, Financial Services, Professional Services, Fund Management, Lending or similar industry experience highly regarded
• Tertiary Qualifications preferred
• Strong initiative, decisiveness, organised, structured & positive attitude
• Experience in implementation of effective marketing strategies, reporting, insights, and recommendations
• Great time management skills and a “finisher”
