The Opportunity
This role is part of a team that is on a mission to become leaders in human services customer experience. The Marketing Manager leads the operational functions of the marketing team to implement initiatives to achieve Asuria’s marketing goals. The role owns ideation through to execution of these goals and initiatives to ensure alignment with Asuria’s Marketing Strategy and is responsible for the approval and publication of content across all of Asuria’s marketing channels. The role will also own all marketing business support activities for the wider business.

Key Accountabilities
- Work with the National Marketing Manager and executive team to develop Asuria’s marketing goals and initiatives.
- Lead the creation, approval, and publication of content for Asuria’s marketing channels, including Joint Venture Partners.
- Lead the creation, approval, and execution of all marketing business support activities for Asuria.
- Collaborate with National Customer Service Team to build website forms and workflows.
- Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions, including senior leaders, are kept informed of marketing initiatives where relevant.
What sets you apart from the rest?
- Marketing and communications knowledge with exposure to writing and editing content, social media management, website management and internal communication strategies.
- Experience developing and executing marketing campaigns.
- Relevant Bachelor’s degree (Marketing, Media, Commerce etc).
- Ability to coordinate projects across multiple services, brands, internal, and external teams.
- Metric-driven marketing mind – ability to analyse and interpret data.
- Experience in identifying, building, and tailoring of content to target audiences.
- Excellent time management, organisation, and priority management skills.
- Design and video editing skills highly valued – Adobe Suite, Canva.
- CMS experience highly valued – especially for Hubspot CMS and wordpress.
