Marketing Manager | Premium Mixed Use Project

Reporting to the Marketing Director and closely with the Development Director, you will implement and manage the marketing activity for this large multi-faceted project.

Your daily duties will include:

• Working closely with the Property Development team, you will manage the development and implementation of the strategic marketing plan for this Mixed Use Project
• Review and report on performance of marketing campaigns against objectives and KPIs, identifying areas for improvement
• Research, analysis and reporting on sales performance, demographics, competitor activity and industry trends
• Attend weekly project sales meetings
• Brief and oversee external marketing agencies to high quality standards across Creative & Branding, Communications & PR, Media and Events 
• Generate lead targets in accordance with project sales targets
• Manage the budget management for project campaigns
• Ad hoc tactical marketing as needed, Marketing Coordinator to support team as needed

  
To be successful for the role you will have the following skills and attributes:

• 3 - 5 + years’ experience ideally in Project Marketing (Ideally mixed-use property)
• End to end campaign management experience
• Creative flare and ability to think outside of the typical property marketing sphere
• Qualifications in Marketing, Communications or similar
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and a “finisher”
• Budgeting and financial reporting skills
• Adept at developing strategic social media content
• Strong relationship management, communication, negotiation, problem solving and presentation skills
