Work on an incredible Mixed Use precinct project with additional projects in the development pipeline!
Reporting to the Marketing Director and closely with the Development Director, you will implement and manage the marketing activity for this large multi-faceted project.

Your daily duties will include:
- Working closely with the Property Development team, you will manage the development and implementation of the strategic marketing plan for this Mixed Use Project
- Review and report on performance of marketing campaigns against objectives and KPIs, identifying areas for improvement
- Research, analysis and reporting on sales performance, demographics, competitor activity and industry trends
- Attend weekly project sales meetings
- Brief and oversee external marketing agencies to high quality standards across Creative & Branding, Communications & PR, Media and Events
- Generate lead targets in accordance with project sales targets
- Manage the budget management for project campaigns
- Ad hoc tactical marketing as needed, Marketing Coordinator to support team as needed
To be successful for the role you will have the following skills and attributes:
- 3 - 5 + years’ experience ideally in Project Marketing (Ideally mixed-use property)
- End to end campaign management experience
- Creative flare and ability to think outside of the typical property marketing sphere
- Qualifications in Marketing, Communications or similar
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and a “finisher”
- Budgeting and financial reporting skills
- Adept at developing strategic social media content
- Strong relationship management, communication, negotiation, problem solving and presentation skills
