Marketing Manager - Shopping Centre (South/East Portfolio)

Spring Professional currently have an exciting opportunity available for a driven Retail Marketing Manager to join a highly successful investment group in the commercial & retail property space.

This is an opportunity where you can leverage your retail market knowledge and insights and play a part in two Shopping Centres continued success. These Shopping Centres are ideally positioned as the community hub for customers.

Key responsibilities:

· Planning and managing unique and fresh marketing/promotions campaigns

· Promoting the Shopping Centre to increase sales and traffic

· Liaising with media agencies

· Managing signage, website, social media & digital

· Relevant reporting (traffic, demographics, budget & spend)

· Monthly reporting

Ideal candidate will display:

· 3+ years marketing experience in a comparable environment (Shopping Centre/Retail) Marketing Manager or Marketing Executive.

· Be an innovator with unique ideas & strategies to grow asset awareness

· Excellent communication/presentation
