We're seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts and drive strategic marketing initiatives. Reporting directly to the CEO, you'll play a key role in managing campaigns, brand positioning, and customer engagement while providing valuable insights to the leadership team.

What You'll Do
Develop Marketing Strategies: Create comprehensive marketing plans aligned with business objectives to drive growth and brand awareness.
Campaign Management: Design and manage marketing campaigns across digital, print, and social media platforms.
Market Research: Conduct market research to understand trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
Content Creation: Development of marketing materials, including brochures, website updates, emails, and social media posts.
Brand Management: Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels to shape the company’s vision.
Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and alignment with financial objectives.
Performance Analysis: Analyse marketing metrics and ROI to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies as necessary.
SEO and SEM Oversight: Oversee search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM) efforts.
Social Media Ad Campaigns: Design and manage Meta ad campaigns to achieve agreed objectives.
Public Relations: Plan and execute public relations campaigns to enhance the company’s image and brand.
What We're Looking For
- Demonstrated leadership experience in marketing, with a track record of delivering results in dynamic environments.
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to develop and implement innovative marketing strategies.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, and social media.
