Marketing Manager

The client
Having been established for close to 20 years, our client is a leading player in the masterplanned communities development space. Since their inception, they have completed 25 projects and have over 1000 lots in their development pipeline which will be delivered in the coming years. The business is well funded, and they are continuing to search and acquire new sites for development.
  
The role
Due to growth within their business, a position has been created for a Marketing Manager to join their team. This is an integral role in the business as you will devise and implement marketing strategies for their development projects. Key responsibilities will include:

• Research to Determine Positioning & Brand Strategy for Projects
• Content Strategy & Management for Social Media Platforms
• Content Strategy & Management for Monthly eDM’s
• Planning & Execution of Sponsorships & Client Interfacing Events
• Liaise with Online Platforms & Copywriters to Deliver Communications Strategy 

Skills & experience
  
To be considered for this opportunity, ideally, you must have experience in property marketing with a developer. We are keen to speak with candidates at a Marketing Manager level or Marketing Coordinator/Executives looking to take the next step in their career. Other key requirements include: 

• Tertiary Qualifications in Marketing Preferred
• Property Marketing Experience with a Developer
• Event Management & Coordination Experience
• Excellent Written Communication & Marketing Copy Skills
• Hubspot, Google Marketing, Facebook Business Suite & Ads Manager
