Marketing Manager - Kavala Collective

We are looking for an exceptionally skilled full-time Marketing Manager to lead Kavala into our next phase of expansion! If you are a talented creative and analytical marketer who can deliver impactful and profitable campaigns and strategies, then this role is for you!

This will be an exciting role that works directly with our Founder to create industry-leading marketing magic! We are looking for somebody who will be as passionate about our brand as we are!

Ideally looking for somebody with previous fashion / product-based experience.

The Role: 

1. Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve overall business objectives and goals
2. Develop and implement budgets across all marketing activities to hit KPIs
3. Develop marketing strategies for Australia, the USA and international markets as our biggest customer base is the USA
4. Plan, manage and execute all end-to-end marketing activities in line with budgets, schedules and sales volumes
5. Plan and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns across all channels 
   1. Meta 
   2. Google
   3. Tik Tok
   4. Pinterest
   5. Affiliate
   6. Influencer
   7. PR
   8. Events
   9. Etc
6. Develop and manage our marketing calendar with launches, events, promotions, etc. to hit targets and grow sales growth
7. Develop and create innovative online offerings, delivery of content methods & testing to drive online sales and enhance profitability
8. Manage and execute our content creation program to ensure industry leading, on-trend and effective digital content for usability across all of our online channels
9. Develop and execute strong social media, EDM, and SEO optimization strategies
10. Create and execute compelling marketing tactics to continuously grow our customer database 
11. Continuously perform market research to analyze customer behaviors, industry trends, and competitors to stay relevant in our market
12. Collaborate within the broader team to ensure synergies across the business
13. Effectively build, manage and inspire a high-performing, optimized marketing team

Your Qualifications:

1. BSc or MSc in Marketing or relevant field

• A minimum of 4+ years of experience in a similar role ideally for a fashion brand
• Proficiency in digital marketing channels such as Meta ads, Google Ads, Social Media, EDM marketing, and SEO
• Demonstrated experience in leading high-performing teams
• Strategic mindset to competitively position the brand within the market
• Deep comprehension of customer behaviors and preferences
• Capability to develop and execute customer-centric marketing strategies comprehensively
• Strong analytical abilities to assess market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behaviors
• Effective project management skills to plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns and projects
• Proficient in utilizing marketing automation tools and analytics platforms.
• Capacity to establish clear expectations, provide constructive feedback, and resolve issues promptly
