In this role, you’ll be responsible for crafting and executing comprehensive go-to-market strategies that incorporate digital and content marketing, as well as community event coordination. With a passion for performance marketing, you will work towards achieving commercial objectives alongside our senior leadership team.

This position requires you to continuously enhance our digital marketing efforts to support our sales and delivery teams effectively. You will play a key role in marketing our custom software development services to the Australian market, aiming to elevate our brand and generate measurable results through strategic lead generation activities.

What you’ll do:

• Own and execute comprehensive marketing strategies, including digital campaigns, content creation (e.g., blogs, case studies), and social media management across platforms like LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram.
• Manage end-to-end marketing operations, overseeing the creation, testing, and deployment of campaigns through marketing automation platforms, while also optimizing SEO/SEM and marketing database initiatives.
• Provide creative ideas for content marketing, maintain/update our website, and support the senior leadership team in organizational and departmental planning.
• Identify trends to optimize spend and performance based on insights, while also brainstorming new and creative growth strategies.
• Collaborate with our third party PPC/SEO agency to execute lead-generation performance strategies that deliver ROI
• Maintain partnerships with partners and vendors to build upon our existing community, including organising in-person and online events.

What do you need to have?

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably within the technology sector, with the ability to demonstrate expertise in leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, B2B social media, and advertising campaigns.
• An analytical mindset to assess campaign effectiveness and develop improvement recommendations using the Google suite, while also exhibiting creativity in identifying target audiences and devising engaging, informative, and motivating digital campaigns.
• Possesses strong organisational skills and flexibility to manage multiple tasks, coupled with excellent interpersonal skills and outstanding verbal and written communication, enabling performance under pressure and meeting tight deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Experienced with marketing automation platforms (Salesforce and Pardot)
• Proficient in using a CMS, preferably WordPress

What is nice to have?

• Familiarity with design tools like Canva or Adobe suite
• Experience in a B2B SaaS or technology company
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising or a related field
