The Role
We're looking for an exceptional Marketing professional to join our Brand and Marketing team.
This role offers a fantastic opportunity to showcase your marketing end-to-end expertise.
You will be responsible for the development, management and optimisation of marketing campaigns, activities and materials used to support MLCL's Intermediary distribution channel. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders from Distribution, Digital and Brand, to design, develop and execute on intermediary marketing initiatives across the full range of marketing channels. Your responsibilities will include:
Working as part of the Partner Marketing team and senior business stakeholders to initiate, develop and execute integrated marketing plans.
Developing communication materials and assets for use across all channels
Delivering support toolkits to enable growth and education across all channels.
Working closely with Brand & Marketing colleagues and agencies to optimise product launches and events for an intermediary audience.
About You
The successful candidate will have tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience and feel comfortable executing marketing campaigns through digital channels.
You will have previous experience in the financial, professional services, or other regulated industry (such as energy or the utilities). Exposure to the life insurance, advice or superannuation sector would be highly regarded.
You have proven experience using email marketing platforms to create journey maps building engaging and efficient automated campaigns and communications.
As a team player with well-honed communication skills and a customer-centric approach, you'll be able to manage competing priorities and work within budgets and deadlines.
Your passion for innovation and creativity will be crucial in developing both multi-touchpoint marketing initiatives, and engaging partners will be your top priority.
