Who are we looking for?
We’re looking for a creative full-time marketing all-rounder to work with our clients to help them achieve their goals.
If you're an organised go-getter who understands the importance of relationships, marketing strategies, and processes, we may have just met our perfect match.
Our ideal candidate will:
- Have a minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar role
- Be creative and always looking for inspiration at every turn
- Be comfortable working across multiple clients and projects at once, prioritising and compartmentalising a busy workload
- Love organisation pays attention to the little details, and is proactive
- Thrive at communicating (and that includes the big scary phone) with the ability to engage and influence a diverse range of clients and stakeholders
- Work closely with our team to execute campaigns and day-to-day retainer work for our exciting group of clients, spanning across traditional marketing, digital marketing, comms & social media
- Onboard new clients, including tasking out projects and campaigns, as well as reporting on how we did
- Ability to create, communicate, and present successful marketing strategies based on data and research
- Understand and are slightly obsessed with social media and Google Analytics, with an understanding of how to interpret the data and make decisions to optimise future campaign performance
- Happily, they roll up their sleeves and chip in to help our team when needed (which could include on the weekend at events)
Bonus points for having some experience in:
- Events marketing – We have some great events and we’re looking for someone to help with the marketing, drive ticket sales and brand awareness
- Being REALLY organised, and if you get giddy at the thought of creating checklists, templates, and procedures … then we love you already
- Developing and executing content across other marketing functions including websites, blogs, email marketing, and marketing collateral
- Getting involved and working with various contractors such as photographers, videographers, and other awesome creatives
- Using some of the same systems such as Accelo, Loomly, Box, and Mailchimp (plus all the other usual suspects).
- Creating visual content in Canva (or Adobe) and/or can work with designers to create magic
