Job Description:
The Marketing Projects & Event Manager at Think Global Logistics (TGL) is a pivotal role responsible for strategizing and executing Marketing Projects and events. This dynamic position involves planning and overseeing various corporate events, marketing campaigns, and business development initiatives. The role is central to fostering brand growth and expanding sales, making it an exciting opportunity for a results-driven professional with a passion for marketing, events, and business development.
Key Responsibilities:
Event Management
- Spearhead end-to-end process from concept design and detailed proposals to post-event reporting of all corporate events including trade shows, conferences, webinars, and product launches.
- Collaborate with relevant departments as well as, suppliers and vendors to ensure seamless event execution.
- Responsible for organising event logistics including budgeting, timeline management and resource allocation with accuracy and efficiency.
Marketing Project Leadership:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies, campaigns, and projects as well as, conducting market analysis to enhance brand awareness and drive sales.
- Lead the creation of marketing collateral, advertising materials, and digital content including Google Ads, SEO, and social media content.
- Maintain consistency in brand messaging across all channels.
- Collaborate with marketing team and other departments to ensure marketing strategies align with company goals.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in event management and marketing. Experience in PR is also advantageous.
- Proficiency in event management software, project management tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
- Creative thinker with the ability to conceptualize and execute innovative event ideas.
- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to changing circumstances in a fast-paced environment,
- Knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in event production.
