We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Junior Operations and Marketing Assistant to provide support to our COO. This dual-role position requires a proactive individual who can handle a variety of tasks, manage multiple priorities, and contribute to the smooth operation of both departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Support for COO:
- Data Management: Maintain and update operational databases, track performance metrics, and prepare reports.
- Project Coordination: Assist with the planning, execution, and monitoring of operational projects.
- Documentation: Prepare and review documents, reports, and presentations.
- Communication: Liaise with internal teams and external partners to facilitate operational activities.
Support for Marketing:
- Campaign Support: Help in the execution of marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, and online advertising.
- Market Research: Conduct research to gather data on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Event Coordination: Assist in planning and organizing events, webinars, and presentatiosn.
- Analytics: Monitor and report on the performance of marketing initiatives, using tools like Google Analytics and social media insights.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 0-2 years of experience in an administrative or marketing role.
- Skills:
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Familiarity with marketing software and tools (e.g., CRM systems, social media platforms, email marketing tools).
- Basic understanding of marketing principles and digital marketing strategies.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
