We are now looking for an experienced MARKETING SPECIALIST to develop, formulate and coordinate advertising strategies and campaigns to seek marketing opportunities for our new and existing curriculum services and to increase the impact of MEI and build the MEI's brand reputation. Following is detailed information about this position:
Position: Permanent Full Time
Hours of Work: 9:30am-5:30pm, Monday to Friday
Salary Package: 75,000+super/per year
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above;
- At 3 years full-time professional working experiences related to Marketing & Advertising job. Play an role in digital marketing, trade marketing, and marketing analysis;
- Fluent in English and Spanish is a must;
- Has experience of working in an institute, college or university is preferred;
- Additional certifications or certifications in marketing advertising is preferred;
- Good communication skills with clients and colleagues;
- Good data analysis ability and understand related financial knowledge is preferred.
Roles and Responsibility:
1. In order to support sales objectives, formulate advertising and marketing policies, and be responsible for organizing and developing related marketing activities for MEI.
2. To provide stakeholders, such as managers, executives and customers with advice and guidance on advertising strategies and marketing campaigns in a goal-oriented manner. Enhance consumer sensitivity and awareness and promote MEI’s curricula and related services efficiently and effectively.
3.Under the time and budget limitation and control, manage, review and control detailed content and product related to advertising professional event include draft, multimedia script, artwork, video film in social media and etc.
4.Collect and analyse market data and metrics on consumer patterns, needs and preferences to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
5. Organizing and participating in recruitment events, such as college fairs and open houses.
6.Analyze and forecast current and future consumption patterns and trends, monitor industry trends and competitor strategies to identify opportunities for differentiation and improvement.
7. Research and point out customer demand points and market features of new products and services for the upcoming sales work, constantly update products and services. Keep up with market development, collect and analyse relevant change data and statistical information.
8. Make long-term, stable, efficient and effective contribution to MEI's business growth, and provide data, policy, strategy support for MEI to maintain the original market share and explore new markets in the future. Increase MEI’s reputation.
9. Creating and managing digital marketing campaigns, including social media marketing, email marketing, and search engine optimization (SEO).
10.Undertake MEI's research on the Australian and international markets and explore more opportunities to cooperate with new partners. Building and maintaining relationships with external stakeholders, such as high schools, community organizations, and industry partners.
11.Responsible for reviewing marketing related elements and controlling pricing, advertising channels and models of products and services. Negotiate with distributors regularly, grasp the marketing progress of products or services, report and adjustments in time.
12. Collaborating with internal teams, such as admissions, academic departments, and communications, to ensure consistent messaging and branding.
