Qualification/experience required:

Education: A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Marketing Knowledge: Strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies, able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution.

Industry Awareness: Familiarity with the pet supply industry or related pet care goods is a plus. Keeping abreast of the latest trends and changes in the industry.

Pet Care Product Experience: Applicants with experience in marketing pet care products are highly preferred.

Digital Marketing Skills: Proficient in using various digital marketing channels such as social media, email marketing, SEO, and online advertising.

Analytical Skills: Comfortable working with numbers, metrics, and spreadsheets. Able to analyze data and extract actionable insights.

Communication Skills: Clear communicator with the ability to produce written content, collaborate with a team, and articulate ideas effectively.

Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing industry needs and company goals.

Previous Experience: 2-5 years of experience in a marketing role is desirable.

Advertising Material Production: Ability to oversee and direct the production of advertising materials that align with brand standards and marketing objectives.

Content Editing: Proficiency in editing visual and video content to ensure quality, relevance, and alignment with brand messaging.

SEO and Digital Ads: Assist in optimizing the website for search engines and managing online advertising campaigns.

Market Research: Stay updated with market trends, customer preferences, and competitive products to inform our marketing strategies.

Product Promotions: Support in planning and executing promotional campaigns to boost product visibility and sales.

Customer Engagement: Engage with our customer base through social media, email, and other platforms to foster brand loyalty.

Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and product teams to ensure marketing strategies align with overall company objectives and product features.

Major Sales Channels Account Management: Proficiency in managing and optimizing sales channels, including major retailers like Woolworths, Coles, Pet Circle, and other leading channels where the product is listed. Understanding of the nuances, demands, and opportunities within these channels is essential.

Sales Channel Development: Innovate and identify potential sales channels, devising strategies to penetrate and increase sales volume.

Potential Partnership development: Proactively seek and identify potential partnerships with pet care related groups such as breeders and rescue groups, establishing mutually beneficial collaborations.

Industry Partnership Relationships Management: Demonstrated ability to establish, maintain, and enhance productive partnerships with collaborating industry partners. Experience in evaluating potential partners, conducting due diligence, formulating agreements, and ensuring mutual growth and success in the partnership.
