Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with the management team to create and implement effective marketing strategies aligned with La Crema's brand and business objectives.
2. Utilise market research to identify opportunities for growth and increased brand visibility.
3. Craft compelling and engaging content for various channels, including social media, email campaigns, website, and promotional materials.
4. Ensure consistent and cohesive brand messaging that resonates with La Crema's unique family-oriented identity.
5. Manage digital marketing campaigns, including social media advertising, SEO, and email marketing.
6. Monitor and analyse key performance indicators to optimize campaign effectiveness and ROI.
7. Cultivate and maintain relationships with key partners, such as suppliers, cafes, and influencers.
8. Explore collaboration opportunities to enhance La Crema's market presence.
9. Coordinate and execute marketing events, including product launches, promotions, and participation in industry-related activities.
10. Ensure seamless execution and representation of La Crema's brand at events.
11. Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
12. Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
Proven experience in marketing roles, preferably within the food and beverage industry.
Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and content creation.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Passion for the coffee industry and alignment with La Crema's values.
