Key Responsibilities- Sourcing, screening and interviewing of suitable candidates
- Conducting and recording reference checks
- Writing job adverts and advertising online
- Providing excellent customer service to candidates & clients
- Effective database management
- Data entry and compliance duties
- Promoting a positive safety culture across the business
