About the role

We are seeking a creative and experienced Marketing Specialist, who can develop and execute the marketing & promotions strategy across Parra Leagues Groups venues, in line with business purpose and objectives.

Reporting to the Senior Marketing Specialist, the Marketing Specialist will bring extensive experience in End to End Campaign Management, Event Activation and stakeholder management.

Key duties include but are not limited to: 

• End-to-end campaign management of promotions & events including trade promotions, targeted offers and ticketed events
• Website and Social media updates to support Marketing promotions
• Management of key Marketing Events including Promotions, Raffles and Trivia across our Clubs
• Delivery of weekly Marketing Emails connecting with our members across all Clubs
• Execution of key Lifecycle Marketing comms including Onboarding, Member renewals and birthday campaigns
• In-club activation of all promotions including signage, digital screens and other promotional support
• Detailed analysis and reporting on all promotional and marketing activities (including ROI)

What makes you perfect for the role?

• Minimum of 3 years work experience in a Marketing role
• Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Business Administration or related discipline (desirable)
• Strong experience in managing campaign End to End, from Campaign Ideation and execution, through to post campaign analysis and optimisation
• Excellent project management skills, familiar with project management tools such as Click-up, Trello, Asana
• Willing to occasionally work outside normal hours to attend social functions and events
• Strong written and verbal communication skills 
• Driver’s licence and car (must be mobile for occasional travel between venues) 
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite products
• RSA & RCG (or willing to obtain)
